About

Stingz is a web design and digital marketing studio based in Nairobi, Kenya, working with businesses across East Africa since 2021.

We design and build websites, web apps and brand identities, and we run the search, social and content marketing that brings people to them. Our clients are safari operators, surveyors, publishers, artists, retailers and agritech teams: businesses that need to be found, trusted and contacted.

Most of what we ship is statically generated and fast: Nuxt, Vue, Angular, Astro and Eleventy on the front, Django or a headless CMS behind it when the content needs a home, and Leaflet or Mapbox when there is a map involved. Everything is measured, with analytics and conversion tracking wired in from day one.

The team is small and hands-on, and we write up what we learn in the Journal.
